so many reasons \/ so much fixed thinking \/
\nso much rationalisation \/ so much attachment \/
\nso much personal bias \/ so much justification \/
\nso much machination \/ so much tension \/
\nso much cogitation \/ so much storytelling \/
\nso much pontification \/ so much trepidation \/
\nso much righteousness \/ so much conviction<\/h3>\n

such precision from the subconscious mind
\nmakes this message beautifully <\/em>pertinent<\/p>\n

and yet still there’s .<\/em> . . .
\nso much imagination \/ so much generosity \/
\nso much land \/ so much affection \/
\nso much sky \/ so much love \/
\nso much evocation \/ so much beauty \/
\nso much humour \/ so much joy \/
\nso much wonder \/ so much gratification \/
\nso much friendship \/ so much laughter \/
\nso much delight \/ so much every<\/em>thing. . .<\/h3>\n

so easy to forget that it’s all <\/strong>part of life…<\/p>\n

how marvellous that the mind can rejig itself come back to its senses<\/p>\n

not get caught in one dimensional reductionism<\/p>\n

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh<\/h3>\n

gratitude and appreciation
\nthen rear their lovely heads
\nand lo, life sends gifts….

\nunbidden gestures from anonymous folk
\nwith a will to uplift the urban landscape
\nT\u00a0 H\u00a0 A\u00a0 N\u00a0 K\u00a0 Y\u00a0 O\u00a0 U

\nand in Frome….feeling like a dummy
\n\"FromeDummyHeads\"
\n<\/a>no need, you are gorgeous!

\na gift in the post from a dear friend
\nlifts the spirits
\n\"DC<\/a>
\nso I make a card to send to my hairdresser,
\nreassurance after a radical colour change…
\n\"MyHairIs\"<\/a><\/h3>\n

\u00a0made in the playful atmosphere
\nof at our perfectly formed group OffDuty
\n<\/em>gifted with the presence of four creative women
\n…………
\nMog sang a new song and played her ukulele
\ndo have a look at her love life blog<\/a>
\n& some of her music <\/a>
\n***<\/strong>
\n\u00cbilis brought gingerbread biscuits
\nand didn’t go to work!
\n\"Gingerbread_edited-1\"
\n<\/a>and played with bits and pieces
\n\"Bits'N'Pieces\"<\/a>
\nwhilst Meg stamped away beautifully
\n\"MegaStamp\"<\/a><\/h3>\n

we ate grapes & gingerbread men, talked, drank tea:
\ntaking time off to pootle creatively works!
\n******<\/h3>\n

don’t forget to look down
\nyou never know what
\nmessages you may receive<\/h3>\n

(looking up’s good too)

\njust when you think you’re a worrier
\nturns out the universe is
\nsaying you’re also a warrior!
