a balanced view
great freedom as timeless awaress –
not taking myself to be any or some thing. . . .
so much gratitude for, amongst others. . . . .
nearby parks, space, the flourishing of nature, living in a peace zone,
sky gazing, my mother and father’s presence now, space to work,
my mentor, my sublime wisdom teacher, the teachings,
a garden of my own, realising open intelligence pervaded by love,
a beautiful place to live, space and time to be alone,
the potent benefit of all data, snailmail, music,
enough to eat, all my needs being taken care of, birdsong,
the family upstairs, the technology of connectiveness, my neighbours,
indescribably beautiful friends, short moments practice, creativity,
solutions, love, generosity, kindness. . .
I could go on and on. . . .
great blessings
thank full for the creativity, the kindness,
the compassion blooming everywhere
for the amzing solutions people come up with in these times. . . .

Lilla, dearest friend, another beautiful and very apt posting.
Everything’s been feeling very ‘holy’ of late, looking around my home and garden. I remember going to the monastry at Assisi with Peter when I was about 7 and being so inspired by the quadrangle, now that feeling has landed in my home.
With all these feelings, directly after I read your post, I opened my tee shirt drawer and the front came off in my hand, “God damn it!!!”
Hahahahaha!!!!!
Then I remembered a ‘curse’ that I picked up from Undine which came very naturally to me for so many years when hitting my thumb with a hammer or some other consequence of inattention . . . .
“Ach! Du liebes bischen!!!!” or “Oh! You little love!!!”
Surroundings suggest it’s time to reinstate that ‘curse’.
